- Delivery Information -

Your WiFi device will be delivered to you within 3 working days before your departure date

Delivery Time: between 10:00-22:00, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays)

We use a local courier to facilitate the delivery; therefore we are unable to deliver at a specific time (e.g. at 09:00, before 12:00, after 15:00, etc.)

- Drop Off/Return Information -

Put the gadget and its accessories in the pre-paid return mailer bag that was included in the shipment, and neatly place it in a nearby SingPost mailbox.

You will need to return the device within 7 days after your travel end date

A fee of SGD 200 will be imposed if the device is not returned or when there are 7 days of non-usage

  3. WiFi LED Indicator On - Ready for internet connection.
    WiFi LED Indicator Off - No internet connection.
    WiFi LED Indicator Flashing - Service Connecting.
    Signal LED Indicator On - The signal strength is shown bt strength LED indicator.
    Signal LED Indicator Flashing - Service error.
    Battery LED Indicator On - The battery capacity is shown by strength LED indicator.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
