The buffet also features healthy salad, Japanese sashimi and sushi, appetisers, Chinese roast meats, cured ham and much more. Savoury laksa is freshly prepared by our chefs, while Southeast Asian hot dishes include Har Cheong Chicken, Black Pepper Crab Macaroni, Tiger Prawn Curried Egg Yolk Sauce, and Sambal Chorizo Pork Collar Rice. The carving station offers flavourful roasted sirloin. Conclude your hearty lunch buffet with an assortment of exquisite desserts and Mövenpick ice cream.

Mother's Day Buffet Dinner

The dinner buffet is even more sumptuous, featuring a delightful array of fresh seafood. The popular outdoor barbecue area will reopen, where chefs grill cuts of meat to perfection, filling the air with an enticing smoky aroma. Hot dish highlights include carved roast meats, made-to-order laksa, Black Pepper Crab Macaroni, Har Cheong Chicken, Tiger Prawn Curried Egg Yolk Sauce, and Sambal Chorizo Pork Collar Rice, offering an authentic taste of Southeast Asia. Asian favourites such as Japanese sashimi and sushi and Chinese roast meats are equally delicious. Don't miss the exquisite dessert selection, including genmaicha citrus cake, vanilla crème brûlée, and Mövenpick ice cream.

The dinner buffet also includes free-flow beer, soft drinks, and fruit juices. Selected sparkling wine, red wine, and white wine are available starting from HK$58 per person.

Garden Café presents International Lunch Buffet featuring a variety of fresh seafood like Canadian crab legs, mussels, and shrimp, along with an array of mouthwatering Western and Asian delights including salads, sushi and sashimi, appetisers, dim sum, barbecued meat, roasted beef sirloin and many more. Our experienced culinary team is adept at making Malaysian Laksa right in front of guests. End your meal with a sweet note by savouring a selection of desserts and Mövenpick ice cream. Dishes are served on a rotational basis.
