- You are only provided with a 12-hour charter car service. If you exceed the provided 12 hours, you must pay an overtime fee of ฿500 per hour directly to the driver. The 12 hours of service time will start from the pickup time
- Please inform the operator in advance if pregnant women, travellers with disabilities or those with specific needs will join the tour
- The driver speaks basic English only. Please book a tour guide if you require someone who understands and speaks English more fluently. Please note that the guide will be counted as 1 passenger and will occupy a seat in your vehicle
- Please check the operating hours of the attractions in your itinerary before visiting.
- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the travelling party does not fit their chosen vehicle on the day of pick up
- For pick-up/drop-off at Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi International Airport, a surcharge of THB 100 per vehicle will apply.
- Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
- Waiting time policy:
- If we can contact the customer, we will wait as per their request.
- If we cannot contact the customer, we will wait up to 120 minutes from the pickup time. After 120 minutes, it will be considered a "no-show". - The overtime fee is THB 500 per hour.
- Charter services cannot be used for shuttle-like services (e.g., picking up multiple groups from different locations and dropping them at separate destinations).
- For vehicle services between 23:59 - 05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.
- Additional charges apply for certain locations. If the vehicle crosses provincial boundaries, operator confirmation is required. Guests will be notified once their location is confirmed.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
