- Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by someone who is 18 years or older. If you are 18 or older, please apply at the adult rate
- For specific activities:
- Jet ski: Children aged 6–15 are not allowed to drive. They must ride with a guardian. Those aged 16–17 can drive but need to be accompanied by someone 18 or older
- Banana Boat: Children aged 6–17 must ride with someone over 18 years old
- Parasailing: Children aged 6–17 (above 1m tall) must ride with someone over 18 years old
- Screamer: Children aged 6–17 must ride with someone 18 years or older. Kids Boat: Children aged 2–5 must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older
- Wakeboarding: Participants must be 12 years or older and supervised by someone 18 years or older
Reminders
For participation in the activities, please wear a swimsuit. Life jackets can be rented if needed
Please be aware that if you are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant, or have a heart condition, you will not be allowed to participate in the activities
The desired participation time includes the pick-up time. Please note that the pick-up time may vary slightly depending on your hotel
Please remember that you are responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or injuries that may occur at the facility
Ensure your safety on the beach by wearing a life jacket
Please refrain from bringing food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages, except for light meals such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks
The content may be changed or canceled without notice due to weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances.
Operations will be conducted in the Agana and Apra areas. (Depending on the activity, you may need to move to another location.)
If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by someone over 18 years old. Please make sure that your companion also applies for the same activity. (For wakeboarding, you must be supervised by someone over 18 years old.) ・Children participating in parasailing must be at least 100 cm tall.
Jet skis cannot be driven by people between 6 and 15 years old and must be accompanied by a passenger over 18 years old. People aged 16 to 17 years old can drive jet skis, but must be accompanied by a passenger over 18 years old.
People with heart disease, those under the influence of alcohol, and pregnant women cannot participate in the activity.
If you have a chronic illness, injury, or are taking medication, please show proof of permission from your doctor to participate.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
