For safety reasons, children under 18 may not enter the outdoor natural hot springs pool of Chena Hot Springs, but they may use the indoor pool and hot tub

For Chena Hot Springs, bathing suits, towel, slippers, and a 50-cent coin (locker rental fee) are required
For the Matanuska Glacier Park walking tour, please prepare your own hiking equipment such as sunglasses, hiking boots, spare pair of socks, insulated jacket, and snow pants. Having more layers is better than not having enough. Temperatures may vary between -30ºF to -35ºF. Shoe spikes will be provided by the park
Santa’s Cabin in the Arctic Village is only open at designated times. If Santa’s Cabin is closed, the visit will instead be to North Pole Town, with no refunds provided
Please take good care of your personal travel documents, passports, air tickets, credit cards, cash, etc. Please carry valuables with you, and do not leave them in the car or entrust others to take care of them. If you lose them, please be responsible for the consequences
