- Please provide accurate and complete information when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. Changing the departure date or traveler's name is equivalent to cancel the order, please make a new reservation

- Under the premise that the promised service and standards remain unchanged, your itinerary may take place alongside another traveller’s itinerary to form a group tour. Depending on the arrival and departure dates, the itinerary sequences may vary
- The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon. We do our best to provide premier locations for viewing but there is no way to guarantee that you will see the Aurora. Please check the weather and Aurora reports before booking your tour with us. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who do not see northern lights
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so you can be contacted in the event of emergencies
- Please bring a valid ID with a photo (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the trip
- If you have not successfully passed through US Customs due to personal reasons and you are repatriated to your country, no refunds will be granted
- In case of attraction closure (due to holidays, construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary
- In case of force majeure events (such as: extreme weather, war, strikes, etc.) or accidents (accidents caused by a third party), the local travel agency reserves the right to change the itinerary, and the relevant fees will not be refunded, and the additional costs incurred (such as: Hotel extension, car guide service, meals, ticket change) must be borne by passengers themselves. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to reduce losses due to force majeure and accidents
- In the case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs are not refundable
- The winter weather in Fairbanks is unpredictable. We may temporarily cancel or change the optional tours due to extreme weather conditions. A partial refund may be available
- According to local law, children under 8 years old or below 144 cm in height are required to use a car seat in all kinds of vehicles. Rental fee for a car seat is USD 10 per day. Please indicate in the Requests & Remarks section when booking if you need a car seat
- Guests under 18 years old should be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour or submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian
- Please note this tour is not wheelchair-accessible
- 14-seater commercial vehicles are prioritised in all trips but the suppliers have the right to change to other models due to peak season or other factors
- Please purchase your flight after receiving the trip confirmation
- All the optional activities are recommended to be booked together when booking the 5-day tour due to the limited availability of each activity. If the optional activity is canceled due to the weather, we will fully refund. if the activity is canceled due to personal reasons, there will be no refund or compensation
- In order to protect the rights and interests of the participants, if personal behavior hinders the normal activities of the group, after the persuasion fails, the local travel agency has the right to terminate their continued participation in the group. Since leaving the group, all actions will be borne by themselves, and the local travel agency has nothing to do with it involved, its unused or participating portion is non-refundable or transferable
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10-15 minutes prior to departure. If the passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point on time and fails to get in touch, it will be deemed as an automatic abandonment of the trip, and there will be no refund or compensation
It is advised to download or print the e-voucher for offline access
For safety reasons, children under 18 may not enter the outdoor natural hot springs pool of Chena Hot Springs, but they may use the indoor pool and hot tub
Please consider your own health condition before accessing Chena Hot Springs. If you choose not to enter Chena Hot Springs for any reason, the admission fee is not refundable
Please arrive at the airport 2 hours prior for domestic flights
On the last day, please book your return flight for after 4:00 pm. If you choose more than 1 optional activity, please book your return flight at night
Free airport shuttle drop-off service is provided by the hotel. Please book with your name, room number, number of passengers, and time at the front desk the night before your departure

For Chena Hot Springs, bathing suits, towel, slippers, and a 50-cent coin (locker rental fee) are required
The optional activities of the Borealis Basecamp will be based on-site activities, please confirm with the counter when you arrive
Santa’s Cabin in the Arctic Village is only open at designated times. If Santa’s Cabin is closed, the visit will instead be to North Pole Town, with no refunds provided
Please take good care of your personal travel documents, passports, air tickets, credit cards, cash, etc. Please carry valuables with you, and do not leave them in the car or entrust others to take care of them. If you lose them, please be responsible for the consequences
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 61 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–30 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
