  • Airport Pick-up
    After the flight arrives, the driver will hold a sign with the passenger's name at the arrival exit and wait for 90 minutes (*60 minutes for a domestic flight). In case of emergencies such as flight cancellation or delay, please contact Customer Service in advance. If there is no contact from the passenger and the service provider is unable to contact the passenger, it will be considered a cancellation of the transfer and no refund will be provided.

  • Airport Drop-off
    Please arrive at the meeting place 5–10 minutes prior to the agreed time. The driver will wait for you at the car entrance of the hotel (if the hotel does not have a car entrance, the driver will wait for you at the main entrance of the hotel). Under normal circumstances, international flights require you to arrive at the airport at least 2–3 hours in advance, so please arrange sufficient time.

  • Please provide the actual number of passengers, number of suitcases, flight information, pick-up/drop-off location information and address at the time of booking
  • The driver will wait at the airport according to the flight arrival time. The maximum waiting time is 90 minutes after the arrival of an international flight (*60 minutes for a domestic flight). If the flight arrives earlier than the scheduled time, you may have to wait for the driver. If the flight has arrived and the waiting time has exceeded 90 minutes (*60 minutes for domestic flights), if the passenger does not notify the driver of the delay and the driver cannot contact the passenger, the driver will leave and no refund will be provided

  • When booking, please fill in the flight's estimated arrival time. For the drop-off service, please be sure to arrange enough time to clear customs.   • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
