【DANDELION PROJECT】
In these days of increasing division, with the concept of "a world full of peace" that transcends all barriers, the project has been held since the fall of 2020, at venues such as MIYASHITA PARK / Tokyo Tower in Tokyo, Gardens by the Bay in Singapore, and World Heritage Site Nijo-jo Castle in Kyoto, etc. "DANDELION" is a network-type art project in which dandelion art objects "DANDELION" are planted around the world, and people who have experienced "DANDELION" send digital flowers as their wishes for peace to the world in real time. Through "DANDELION", the digital dandelion fluff thrown by the participants will be sent to various places through the network, and the flower art of peace will bloom all over the world.
*Originally, it is an art work in which the fluff is blown and the seeds dance, but as a measure to prevent infectious diseases, the experiencer holds up his smartphone to experience the fluff dancing.
[Koshoji Temple]
The precincts of the temple, including the approach to the temple, are designated as a scenic spot by Kyoto Prefecture, and are famous for their autumn leaves. With spring water flowing through from the front gate facing the Uji River and making sounds like the sound of a koto (Japanese harp), the gently sloping approach to the temple gate is called "Kotozaka," and has long been popular. On the day of the event, it is possible to visit Koshoji Temple at night. In addition to the illumination of the temple and gardens, we will prepare lanterns at the "lantern stations" in several spots such as in Uji station. You can borrow the at any lantern station and enjoy the beautiful autumn Uji.
