Operating hours, routes, meal options, etc., are subject to change at any time due to cruise circumstances. If river levels rise due to heavy rain, the route will be changed for safety reasons.

Seats are subject to change due to weather conditions and the circumstances of the dinner cruise on the day of the trip, and are not assigned in advance. If you wish to change seats after boarding, please request this directly from a staff member.

Dress Code: Casual athletic wear, slippers, beach sandals, flip-flops, and men's open shoes are not permitted. Shorts, athletic wear, or sleeveless attire may result in denial of entry.

For the dinner cruise, you must go directly to Icon Siam Pier, not the hotel.

Life jackets and lifeboards are all prepared on this cruise ship in case of emergencies. Please familiarize yourself with their locations and use them in case of an emergency.

Children aged 0 to 3 years travel free, but seats are not provided. If you request a high chair at check-in, it will be provided subject to availability.

Confirmed reservations may be cancelled if there is a private hotel booking. We will notify you individually in the event of a cancellation, so please be sure to take note of this when making a reservation.

Same seats are assigned only when booked for the same program. The combination of Dinner Set + Dinner Set (Mocktail) will not be assigned to a single seat.
