- Guests can only choose seating areas when booking. Seats are assigned randomly and will not be known in advance of the performance date. Requests for seat changes after booking will not be granted. Please refer to the voucher for your actual final seat
- Seat availability can only be confirmed after payment. If your primary session is unavailable, KKday will book the alternative sessions for you in accordance with the order you have provided. If you are not able to accommodate any other sessions, please do not fill in any alternative sessions when booking, so we can offer full refunds instead

Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Radio City Music Hall does not provide an area to check bags, coats, or any other personal belongings, and reserves the right to search all persons and bags
How to Use
All guests are required to register for a Ticketmaster account. Please provide the email that indicates you registered for Ticketmaster in the Requests & Remarks section when booking, and ensure the email address used for your KKday booking matches your registered Ticketmaster email.
How to receive your e-tickets:
- Option 1: Once your booking is confirmed, look for an email from "Madison Square Garden". Click the "Accept Tickets" button within the email to claim your tickets. Please remember to check both your inbox and spam folders.
- Option 2: Please log in to the official management portal at https://am.ticketmaster.com/msg/en/my-events using your Ticketmaster account to view and accept your tickets.
For a smooth entry, we recommend downloading the Ticketmaster app and presenting your e-ticket on-site.
