- Guests are recommended to put on swimsuits and casual clothes before boarding as the changing room on the boat has limited space
- Guests are recommended to bring their own sunscreen, towel, camera, swimming gear, sunglasses, hat or scarf, comfortable footwear/slippers/sandals

- Usage of boats are strictly at the discretion of Crystal Yatch Cruises
- By participating in our cruise you acknowledge the fact that all activities onboard our boats and in the water or land is strictly at your own risk
- All yachts used for charter are licensed and insured. Passengers are insured with our personal accident policy as well
- All cruise tours will continue even during rain. It will be only cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, upon the Captain's discretion
- KKday and the supplier reserve the right to cancel any of its cruises due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, customers will be given a choice of another date or full refund of ticket price. No additional compensation or claims will be entertained
