Those who register for the event are minors (over 5 years old and under 18 years old) must provide consent documents from their guardians or the presence of their guardians {written information on A4 paper: parent's name/ID card number/contact number/agreement for someone to participate in this event}
People with heart disease/hypertension/epilepsy/asthma, etc., or those who are pregnant or otherwise unwell are not suitable to participate in the activity.
You are not allowed to engage in this activity after consuming alcoholic beverages on the day of the activity
During the activity, you must abide by the instructions of the instructor and are not allowed to leave the group or take off the life jacket on your own
Please do not touch underwater creatures such as: green sea turtles, live corals, etc. to protect the ecology
Reminders
When the trip is canceled due to time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and flights, please contact customer service and we will handle a partial refund for you.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made one day before departure (00:00 local time) whether the tour will be canceled or not, and we will notify you by email at any time.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10~15 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be allowed.
Please do not stay up late or drink alcohol the day before the experience, and maintain adequate sleep and a happy mood.
If a traveler is unable to participate in the experience on the day of the experience due to not meeting health standards, no refund will be provided.
If the instructor determines that snorkeling is not possible due to weather conditions on the day, a free rescheduling or a full refund can be provided.
Required documents for insurance: Name, date of birth, ID card number/passport number. You can fill it out on the same day.
If weather conditions cause poor visibility in the seawater, making it impossible to see sea turtles, this is a natural phenomenon and no refund will be given.
Due to marine conservation efforts, please do not apply any cosmetics or sunscreen before the experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
