- This product provides free pick-up service within a 15 km driving distance from the meeting point(29 Maakuntakatu, Rovaniemi 96200, FI), please provide the name and address of your hotel when booking
- If your accommodation is beyond 15 km driving distance from the meeting point(29 Maakuntakatu, Rovaniemi 96200, FI) an additional fee will be charged
- If your accommodation is within a 5-minute walk from the meeting point(29 Maakuntakatu, Rovaniemi 96200, FI), you'll need to walk to the meeting point by yourself. This way, you won't need to get ready early and go around the city to pick up other groups of customers. If you have any special needs that require the shuttle service, please inform our customer service at least 3 days before departure, and we will arrange for you
- At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place
- A valid driver’s license is required to drive the snowmobiles
- The bed styles for the third person at the room will be provided accordingly on site
- Please be aware that there is no guarantee an aurora sighting, it would be accord to the clear sky, geomagnetic activity and a dash of luck
- Since the number of people in each group varies, we cannot guarantee extra space for luggage in the vehicle. Please make sure to provide the luggage dimensions in the Remark section when placing your order for confirmation
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women, Epilepsy, Asthma, Acrophobia, Heart disease, High blood pressure

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 366 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 31 to 365 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–30 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
