*Please note that some restaurants in Nikko Edo Village may be crowded. The meal voucher can also be used as a souvenir voucher for Nikko Edo Village.
*Depending on the growing conditions, peach picking may result in a tasting of a plate of peaches or a souvenir.
*Depending on road conditions, etc., the time spent at each tourist spot may be shortened.
*We will not stop at Utsunomiya Romantic Village Roadside Station if there are significant delays to your trip due to traffic congestion, etc.
*As there may be foreign guests participating, the tour will be conducted in English, however some parts will be in Japanese.
*Tour guides providing English guidance will be either foreign or Japanese.
Reminders
■After the scheduled departure time, departure is at the discretion of our staff, so please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
■The scheduled times and contents listed may be subject to change depending on road conditions.
■In the unlikely event that you arrive late and have to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be able to accept any claims.
■Depending on the number of participants, we may use a medium-sized or small bus.
■There is no toilet on the bus.
■Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. Reclining is also prohibited as a general rule (except for some courses).
■The arrival point may differ from the meeting point.
■We will store any lost items for two weeks after the end of your trip. However, we will dispose of any food items, such as living creatures, or items that are difficult to preserve immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
■Please refrain from bringing pets with you to the event.
■ Bus seats will be assigned by our company.
■In the event of an emergency, you may be seated with a tour conductor. Thank you for your understanding.
■Facility admission fees, etc. included in the tour price are different from the published price. There will be no refunds or additional charges for the difference with the published price after the tour departure.
■If the number of participants is less than 20, or if the trip is unable to operate due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, we may ask you to change or cancel the trip up to 3 days prior to the start of the trip (13 days prior for accommodation).
■Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests, smoking/non-smoking requests, or requests regarding allergies. We may decline your request after explaining the situation in advance.
■If you make a reservation online, all information will be sent by email. No mail will be sent.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
