Mt Buller Snow Mountain Leisure 2-Day Tour

For safety reasons, it is not recommended for children under 7 years old to participate in this tour. If you are traveling with a child under 7 years old, please assess the child's condition and ensure the child's safety during the tour.

This trip will be picked up by the driver. The driver will only give passengers a brief introduction and will not get off the car to accompany the tour or guide. Please be aware of this before placing an order.

Due to the large number of people during the snow season, if the passengers have different pick-up and drop-off locations, we cannot guarantee that they can be arranged in the same car. Please arrange the same pick-up and drop-off location for passengers who need to take the same car. Thank you for your cooperation.

The ski resort provides equipment rental, but ski gloves and goggles are not available for rental as they are close-fitting to the skin. Please bring your own.

The order is established after the payment is made. Our company understands that the travel plan may change or unpredictable events may occur. Our company charges a service fee of $30/person. Other necessary expenses (such as hotel, snow mountain cable car, ski courses, snow equipment, etc.) are charged according to the official regulations and policies of the supplier.

For 2- and 3-day tours to the snowy mountains, as rooms are easily fully booked during the snowy season, rescheduling after booking will depend on hotel regulations and room availability. If the rescheduling exceeds the original arrangement, the agency has the right to ask the traveler to pay the difference.

Each room type has a limit on the number of occupants. If the number of occupants exceeds the original arrangement, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or require the traveler to pay the difference. The agency has the right not to bear any additional costs caused by your personal behavior.

No Show will not be refunded.

The price for a multi-day tour is based on 2 people sharing a room. A single person must pay the price difference for a single room.

The accommodation for this multi-day tour is a 4-star hotel in the small town of Mansfiled, which is about 50 minutes' drive from Mt Buller. If you need to specify a hotel or change to accommodation on the snowy mountain of Mt Buller, you will be quoted separately. Please contact the sales specialist for the actual price.

Before departure or during the tour, if there is bad weather, no snow, the ski resort is not open, the cable car is out of service, ski courses are suspended, or there are force majeure and reasons that are not attributable to the travel agency, our agency will arrange and handle it according to the official rules of the snow mountain.

The minimum number of participants is 6. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.

In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 23:59), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.

This program is not recommended for travelers with the following diseases or other conditions that are not suitable for overstimulation

High blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women

Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent journey. No one will be waited for after the time is up.

Please note that if the passenger is late or does not use the ski equipment or participate in the ski course due to other personal reasons, no refund or any additional compensation will be given.

For security reasons, local staff may randomly check the identity of passengers. Please be sure to fill in the correct passenger information when ordering.

Passengers are not recommended to bring valuables to the ski resort. The driver and guide cannot provide storage services. If you leave valuables on the bus, we will not be responsible for their storage.

The meeting time on the website is for reference only. The actual meeting time must be based on the tour guide's notification one day before departure. Please confirm that the mobile phone number you provided is correct. If you do not receive any notification, please be sure to call the emergency contact number on the voucher to confirm the meeting time.

The itinerary is easily affected by weather, road conditions, traffic control and other special circumstances. The driver or guide has the right to adjust, cancel, extend or shorten the itinerary due to force majeure before or after departure.

The bus arrival time may be delayed due to traffic conditions on the day. If you do not see the bus at the scheduled time, please be sure to call the emergency contact number on the voucher and the local travel agency will provide you with the most immediate assistance.

This trip does not include insurance. Since skiing is an intense and dangerous sport, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in China before departure. If you collide with other tourists during skiing or suffer an accident or accidental injury, you will be responsible for the medical expenses or compensation.
