The company provides accompanying photography during the event. The company has the right to use the photos taken during the event and publish them on the website, social media or in advertisements.

Sunrise/afterglow are natural phenomena and are subject to weather conditions on the day. You cannot guarantee that you will see them.
No postponement or refund will be accepted if you do not participate in the activity due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading these terms and conditions before payment, and understand and bear the relevant risks.
The activity will proceed normally on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues a sea/land or heavy rain warning, the activity will be postponed or cancelled.
If the above-mentioned alarm is activated during the activity or the instructor determines that the activity cannot be carried out safely and ends the activity early, no refund or re-appointment will be arranged.
Late arrival/no show: Counted from the meeting time. If a participant is more than 20 minutes late, the registration will be automatically cancelled and no additional waiting time or joining the activity will be accepted. There will be no refunds or postponements for participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach 15-20 minutes before the meeting time.
