- Once booked, dates, number of people, ticket type, room type, etc. cannot be changed. Please confirm the number of people and ticket specifications are correct before booking. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/train number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- Due to differences in region and hotel system attributes, if you have special requirements (such as one large bed/two small beds; crib, etc.), please make your request when the order is placed. We will then make the request to the hotel on your behalf. However, whether or not the request is obtained depends on the availability of rooms at the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies from hotel to hotel, and additional charges may apply on-site, depending on the hotel's policy.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- This project cannot accommodate additional people or beds.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the ordering instructions and related agreements of the product carefully. Those who purchase the "Love Ticket/Respect for the Elderly Ticket" must bring valid documents in and out of the station on the day of departure to facilitate inspection by the high-speed rail station staff. If you do not bring the certificate or have any differences after inspection by the high-speed rail, the high-speed rail has the right to reject your ticket. To ride, you need to purchase another high-speed rail ticket before you can ride. The original high-speed rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded or refunded.

The price includes a full round-trip ticket for a corresponding seat in a high-speed rail standard carriage; the date of travel must be the same as the hotel check-in or the departure date of the itinerary. The high-speed rail tickets in this project are discounted fares, can only be used on the same day, and are anonymous. If lost, they will not be reissued, so please keep them properly. All documents that have been altered, defaced, or photocopied will be invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the regulations of each hotel. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the number of rooms with advertised prices is limited. The actual room types available are subject to sales conditions and cannot be exchanged for other room types.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station; they cannot board/alight at different stations.
- High Speed Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement.

- Important Notes Regarding High-Speed Rail Cancellation During Holidays -
- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds may be made for any single leg of the journey.
- All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday; ticket windows at all high-speed rail stations cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time, and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must all apply for refunds or exchanges together. Individual refunds or exchanges cannot be processed, and all refund, exchange, and ticket change fees will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

- If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If you have already purchased a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets are counted as 2 tickets).
- Free cancellation for orders placed more than eight days before departure (excluding the departure date). For orders placed seven to four days before departure (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- On the departure date, if you are notified to change or cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- (For example: If you are departing on December 8th, you can change or cancel your order before November 30th for free; if you change or cancel your order between December 1st and 4th, a 30% handling fee will be charged; if you change or cancel your order between December 5th and 7th, a 70% handling fee will be charged.)

Cancellation Policy
