- Liability waiver (Our waiver must be signed prior to participating in the tour. You can read it from here)
- Check-in QLD App (You must check-in with the app as soon as you arrive at our premises. QR Codes are located around the waiting area.)
- Tours (Cassowary sightings not guaranteed. Fruit tasting when in season (around December- March).
- Child fare applies to kids 4-14 years old inclusive. Kids under 4 years old can join for free but must seat in the buggy with a paying adult.
- Family of 4 fare applies to 2 adults & 2 children (4-14 years old inclusive) from the same family.
- Child must be 10 years old to be able to ride on their own ATV. Child under 10 can book the tour in buggy.
- Guest who cannot ride the ATV will join the tour in our buggy which is driven by the tour guide.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
