- The provider may choose to cancel specific tours in case of severe weather conditions or animal welfare issues. If a tour is canceled, guests will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund
- All participants must agree to follow instructions given by the keeper
- All interactions will be instigated by the animal
- Participants will not be able to hold animals, but, where appropriate, will be able to pet them under the supervision of the keeper
- Bonorong does not guarantee that participants will be able to feed the animals, but this may be offered by the keeper
- Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Parents or adult guardians must watch over their children at all times
- Participants may be asked to leave the enclosure at any time during the tours at the discretion of the staff
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
