• Children under 3 years old are free of charge, but food is not provided. They can eat from the adult menu.
• For outdoor seating, please request in advance when making a reservation, but it is not guaranteed. Therefore, please request and confirm again when checking in.
• The operating time, operating route, meal type, etc. may be changed at any time depending on the cruise circumstances.
  
• If there is heavy rain and the river level rises, you may not be able to pass under the bridge for safety reasons. Please be advised that the cruise route may change in this case.
• Smoking is not permitted in dining areas, even outdoor seating. Smoking areas are located outside near the bow of the ship.
  
• You can choose between the lower indoor seats and the upper outdoor seats. Even if you choose the indoor seats, you can still go outside and watch.
  
• Even if you have made a reservation for an outdoor seat and received confirmation, there may be cases where it is not provided on site. We would like to inform you that the products have been divided at the request of the cruise company to easily distinguish between customer requests.
• When bringing in drinks or alcohol, the corkage fee is usually 500-1,000 baht per bottle. Up to 750ml is 500 baht per bottle, and if it exceeds, the corkage fee increases by ml. Before boarding the boat, show the drinks or alcohol you brought and pay the fee. Food such as cakes and cookies are allowed.
  
• If your cruise date and birthday exactly match, we will provide a mini cake. If you request it after arriving at the site, it will not be provided. When making a reservation, please write your English name and date of birth as they appear on your passport in the request section. (It will not be provided for lunar birthdays, and will only be provided if the information you provide matches the information you provided.)
  
• Since it is a time when traffic is heavy, it is recommended to leave at least 1 hour in advance even if you are going to a nearby place, and 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance if you are going to a far place.
• This cruise ship is equipped with life boards instead of life jackets. Please be aware of their locations and use them safely in case of an emergency.
