  • Park operating hours: Open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except on Christmas Day
  • The Park has one disabled toilet/washroom situated on the ground floor of the main building. The room has sufficient room for turning a wheelchair. There are no handrails, seating, or shower facilities within the room
  • The Kiwi Cafe is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Last admission: Half an hour before the park's advertised closing time
  • Children 16 years old and below will not be admitted to the park without an adult
  • Filming and photography are not permitted inside the kiwi houses
  • Some animal exhibits may close 30 minutes before the park's closing time
