- For reference, if you require pick-up, please arrive at the Matiatia ferry terminal, Waiheke Island, 30 minutes prior to the tour time. However, please ensure to contact the supplier number on the voucher at least 24 hours before departure to confirm the final pick-up time and location.
- If you choose to self-drive, please arrive at the experience location, 5 minutes prior to the tour time
- Open 7 days except Christmas Day, December 31st, January 1st, Good Friday, Easter Monday and ANZAC Day April 25th
- Minimum age limit of 8 years old
- There must be at least 1 adult booked on a tour with any children
- Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum weight for participants is 30kg and maximum weight is 125kg
- Please allow 2 hours onsite to complete the experience and 3 hours if you're using our pick-up and highlights tour service
- The scenic bush walk back up to our visitor centre is a gently meandering 1.5km walk, which we take 25-35 minutes to make. Therefore a minimum level of fitness if required
