- Due to the capacity of the High Tea service, at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation or request for a change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee
- If less than 24 hours is given, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 100% menu price within 2 hours or no show
- 50% menu price between 2–24 hours

High Tea sessions are 2 hours
Please arrive promptly at the time of your booking to avoid your time being shortened
If you arrive later by more than 30 minutes, the booking will automatically be cancelled without notification
A 15% service fee applies on all public holidays. No splitting of bills

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
