Each ticket can only be used once per person during the exhibition and cannot be reused. Please complete the visit during the exhibition period (2025/11/07 - 11/10).
During the exhibition period (November 7 - 10, 2025), all unused tickets can be canceled free of charge. Please contact Customer Service for a special cancellation request. Please note that no refunds will be accepted after the exhibition period.
Once the ticket is lost or canceled after verification, it will be deemed invalid and will not be reissued, exchanged or refunded. Please keep the ticket properly.
Special tickets for children aged 6-12 years old, aged 65 and above, and people with disabilities can be purchased at the exhibition hall ticket office during the exhibition period by presenting ID.
Pets are not allowed into the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center (except guide dogs).
Re-entry is permitted on the same day with a verification stamp.
