- Guests can stay at Level 124 for up to 30 minutes
- If no transfer service is needed, please fill out the pick-up location section with "No transfer package"
- Travelers booking the shared transfer package must provide their preferred pick-up location (within the service range) in the Remarks & Requests section when booking
- Travelers booking the private transfer package must provide their preferred pick-up location. Service range includes hotels in the center of Dubai, and on the side of the Sahara Center in Sharjah
- The operating hours of attractions are subject to change without prior notice. Travelers are advised to visit the official websites to check before booking and departure
- Once a booking is confirmed, requests for alterations or cancelations will not be granted
