There are five plans to choose from:
- Front-row paid area seat | Includes buffet (pick-up and drop-off at Prefectural Citizen's Plaza only)
- Front-row paid area seat | No meals included
- Route A: Paid area seat | Includes Japanese bento box
- Route B: Paid area seat | No meals included
- Route C: Round-trip bus transfer | Includes Japanese bento box

＜Japanese Bento Box＞
- The bento box (including one Okinawan rice ball) will be distributed at Igei Service Area.
＜Buffet Dining Arrangement＞ (50 minutes)
There will be two dining sessions:
- 18:10 - 19:00
- 18:20 - 19:10
You cannot choose your dining time; it will be assigned by staff on the day of the event. (Please note that times are subject to change.) If you arrive late at the restaurant, your dining time will be shortened, and no compensation will be provided.

Purchase Notice
- Since each bus has only one boarding and alighting point, and the bus used for both the outbound and return journeys will be the same, if you and your friends or family choose to board from different points, you will take different buses to the fireworks display. We cannot offer the option of different boarding and alighting points.
- Passengers who have selected the buffet option are only permitted to board and alight at the Civic Square. Please be aware of this.
- Multiple buses will depart from the same location on the day of the event. If you and your friends/family make separate reservations, please be sure to use the same representative's name, or inform all accompanying persons of their order numbers in advance via the message box to avoid being assigned to different buses on the day of the event. Please note that no adjustments can be made for those who do not inform us in advance.
- The activity includes round-trip bus transportation; there is no option for a one-way trip followed by a meeting at the aquarium. If the free refund period has passed, a refund cannot be issued for this reason.
- The supplies needed on the day will be distributed at the pick-up point (except for the bento boxes), so they cannot be distributed in advance or collected after arrival.
- On that day, the Tropical Dream Center and Ocean Culture Museum in Ocean Expo Park will be open to the public free of charge. If you are interested, you can visit them at your own expense during your visit to the venue.
<Notes on Paid Seating>
- For guests aged 0-2, the tour package does not include shuttle bus service or seating at the fireworks venue. Parents are requested to hold the child on their lap. One adult can bring one free child. If more than one child is included, an additional child will be charged. Please be aware of this.
- We will try our best to arrange front-row seats for passengers, with a total of 200 seats available (only applicable to passengers who have purchased the "Front-row Paid Seats" option; options A and B are not applicable). If there are any changes to the seating arrangements on-site, your seat may be assigned to a row five or more, and we apologize for any inconvenience we cannot provide further notice.
- Seating in the paid area of the fireworks display venue is unreserved. Since staff are unable to enter the venue, visitors are requested to find their own seats in the designated areas upon arrival at Ocean Expo Park.

A minimum of 25 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
The bus will depart from each meeting point on time. Please be sure to pay attention if you are late.
The timing of the fireworks display may change, and the actual distribution time will be announced by the organizer on the day of the event.
Depending on the road conditions on the day, the arrival time may be later than expected, and we cannot provide an accurate arrival time.
The tour does not include a bus or tour guide; only staff members will accompany you (no Chinese-speaking services will be provided).
Smoking and eating are prohibited inside the carriage.
Bus seats are limited, so please inform us one week in advance if you need to change your boarding location.
Food stalls will be set up at the event, but crowds are expected to be dense. If you have not opted for a meal-inclusive package, we recommend that you prepare your dinner in advance.
Since it is the height of summer, please take precautions against heatstroke, especially for young children, the elderly, and pregnant women.
If the fireworks display is cancelled early due to inclement weather, this tour will also be cancelled and a refund will be issued. However, if the fireworks display is cancelled midway through the tour due to inclement weather (after the bus has already departed), no refund will be issued in this case.
Selfie sticks, drones, or any devices that emit radio waves, such as radios, are prohibited inside the fireworks display venue.
Severe traffic congestion is expected on both the outbound and return journeys, so you will likely return to your boarding points late at night.
The return bus will depart from the venue at 10 PM sharp. Please return to the bus after the fireworks display ends.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
