- Our company's water activities are covered by public accident liability insurance.
- The age limit for our company's activities is 7 to 65 years old. People with heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnant women and related cardiovascular diseases are not allowed to participate in our company's outdoor activities.
- Due to weather changes, there is no guarantee that you will be able to watch the sunrise/afterglow if you participate.
- If you are unable to complete the itinerary due to personal factors (physical condition, etc.) and withdraw during the activity, you will be responsible for the expenses incurred. Uncompleted activity fees will be deemed as a waiver and cannot be refunded.
- There will be no refunds if the activity is canceled due to weather conditions after launching.
- Our company provides accompanying photos during the event. The company has the right to use the photos during the event and publish them on web pages, social media or advertisements.
- The price does not include pick-up and drop-off services. If you need pick-up and drop-off, please inform the service staff when ordering the itinerary, and the fee will be charged separately.

Tips on dressing: You only need to wear light clothing (avoid cotton clothing). Wear a swimsuit under your clothes, you can wear cool clothes/slippers, and have a change of clothes. It is recommended to wear long-sleeved light clothing or bring mosquito repellent Supplies to prevent mosquito bites. We will provide non-slip shoes (it is best to bring your own) and life jackets on site.
Our company has dedicated photographers throughout the entire process. In addition to providing our own waterproof and floating equipment, it is recommended not to bring any type of 3C supplies.
Our company will upload photos of daily activities to the cloud. If you need it, please send a private message to our fan page or IG to request the link.
Each person brings at least one bottle of drinking water to avoid dehydration and discomfort due to strenuous activities. You can also bring some snacks to enjoy, but don’t leave garbage in the beautiful nature!
