Purchase Notice

  • When making a reservation, please let us know your preferred pick-up location, drop-off location, and destination (area or desired tourist spot).
  • If you are traveling with a child under the age of 4, we will provide a child seat. (Additional charge: 4,400 yen per child seat / tax not included). Please be sure to inform us of the child's age, height, and weight in the "Notes" section when making your reservation. The additional charge will be paid on site.
  • The charge for overtime is 9,900 yen per hour per vehicle. Please pay the charge directly to the driver. If the overtime occurs due to force majeure such as traffic congestion or poor road conditions, the overtime charge will not apply.
  • For transfers to remote islands (e.g. Shodoshima, Naoshima), the vehicle ferry fare, crew fee, and transportation time will be charged.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • On the day of departure, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside all vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
