Gold Season tickets are Two Park tickets, allowing entry to Caribbean Bay first, then Everland.
When entering Everland, the same QR code will be scanned.
After 1 PM, guests can enter Everland and enjoy the park for the entire day.
Outdoor Attractions are closed in winter.
A personal belongings check is conducted before entry. Items not allowed in the park must be stored in lockers.
Food, Mats, and Restricted Items Storage
Location: Left side before entering the main entrance of Caribbean Bay.
To prevent water pollution and ensure safety, please store items like food, mats, chairs, diving gear (including goggles and flippers), large water toys (over 1 meter), and glass items before entering.
Besides the listed items, other items that could compromise safety or hygiene may also be restricted and need to be stored.
Storage lockers for restricted items are available for same-day use only; items will be disposed of at the end of the day.
Drinking water, beverages (excluding glass bottles), peeled fruits (excluding nuts), baby food (such as rice or porridge), and food for patients are allowed.
Strollers, wagons, and other wheeled carriers must be stored at the baby stroller storage area to the left of the entrance.
Normal-temperature (below 20°C) and refrigerated (below 10°C) items can be stored for free (self-service).
Some slides may require designated attire.
Children under 3 years old must wear waterproof diapers or swimsuits designed for toddlers.
The park is not responsible for damage to swimsuits or accidents caused by guest negligence while using slides.
Children under 10 and elderly guests must be accompanied by a guardian.
No refunds are available for QR code tickets.

Children aged 5 and older and over 105cm should use the changing room with a same-gender guardian.
Fees apply for jackets, indoor lockers, coins, and rental items.

To reach Everland Caribbean Bay Resort from Seoul, you can take various transportation options. A convenient choice is the Everland shuttle bus, which provides direct and time-saving transport. Alternatively, you can take a subway to Giheung Station, then transfer to the Everland Line (Yongin Everline) to Jeondae-Everland Station. From there, a free shuttle bus connects to Caribbean Bay. Taxis or private car services are also available for direct travel.
