Q: We are a group of 3 adults and 1 child, aged 6. How do we book the Moalboal Island Hopping with Kawasan Falls Canyoneering package?
A: Since children aged 7 and under are not able to participate in canyoneering, book for adults, and notify us in the “Notes” section that a child under the age of 7 will be joining the group. Please refer to additional info for more information.
Q: Can our group end the tour at Oslob?
A: Yes, your driver may take you to Oslob for an additional surcharge of PHP1,000, which is to be paid directly to the driver. Please inform us in the “Notes” section if this service is needed.
Q: Can pick up at the airport?
A: Airport pick-up is NOT available for Shared Tour. It's only available for Private Tour.
Private Tour - pick up at the International arrival section of Mactan Airport with no additional charge needed, and can also bring the luggages in the car. The pick-up time is 4:30 AM

- It is optional to be dropped off at Oslob with an additional charge of PHP1,000 per group
- Children aged 7 and under cannot participate in the river trekking activity. An additional fee of PHP700 will be charged on-site for child care during the activity
- The Moalboal Island Hopping Tour is dependent on weather conditions; last-minute cancellations may occur. To ensure the safety of travellers, the local government has the right to ban ships from sailing at any time. Partial refunds may be granted to travellers who have arrived at the site of island hopping with private transfer services but cannot proceed with the itinerary due to the government-issued ban

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
