- Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake and Pastry (Shilin Branch) is located on the 4th Floor (Please take the elevator from the security post next to the main flagship store).
- Please arrive at the 4th-floor counter 10 minutes early to check in.
- Tools and materials are all prepared; just bring a joyful heart and enjoy the class!
- Put on your apron and follow the step-by-step guidance of our professional instructors (group teaching, not via tablet).
- Mix the ingredients into dough, then hand-fill the pineapple paste and press it into the molds.
- Give your pineapple cakes a unique, one-of-a-kind design.
- While your pineapple cakes are baking, stay entertained by joining our staff for a guided tour of the museum.
- The museum features an activity where you can try on and take photos in traditional costumes.
- Ten freshly baked pineapple cakes are ready! Pack nine into the box, and enjoy the last one right away while it's hot!
- Take your creations home to share with friends and family, and leave with a heart full of memories!

[Family Plan – Additional Participant Policy] A maximum of 1 extra adult or child is allowed. An accompanying fee and admission ticket (NT$180) must be paid on-site.
All DIY classes start on the hour, please be at the ticket counter 20 mins in advance to check in and wait for the session to start; failure to do so will result in booking cancellation without further notice
Please keep the pastries in a dry and cool place at room temperatue and finish them in 7 days

- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
