- Weekdays are defined as Monday through Thursday. Holidays are defined as Friday through Sunday, national holidays, and the preceding consecutive holiday. The minimum rental period is 2 days or more.
- If a driver has not held a driver's license for at least one year, the company may refuse to rent the vehicle.
- For any other matters not covered herein , please refer to the Hualien Car Rental Agreement.
- Please call the store in advance if you wish to return the car late. Please refer to the "Additional Fees" section below for overdue fees. If the car is used for more than six hours, the rental fee will be charged as one day.
- The rental fee includes mandatory insurance. Additional insurance such as vehicle collision insurance, third-party liability insurance, and personal injury insurance can be purchased on-site.
- A day is calculated in 24-hour increments. Overtime fees apply for each hour overdue, and overtime exceeding 6 hours constitutes a full day. Example 1: Car picked up at 09:00 on December 1st and returned at 09:00 on December 3rd, rental period is 48 hours (this is considered a 2-day rental).
Example 2: Pick up the car at 09:00 on December 1st; return the car at 18:00 on December 3rd. Rental period: 57 hours (this is for a 3-day rental). - National holidays of three days or more shall be calculated at the special holiday price. The mileage of this vehicle's same-day rental and return plan must not exceed 150 kilometers. An additional 5 yuan will be charged for each kilometer exceeding 150 kilometers.
The daily mileage limit for daily rental is 300 kilometers, and an additional 5 yuan will be charged for each kilometer over 300 kilometers.
