- Customized itineraries are limited to one area per day (e.g., Northeast or Southwest)
- For pick-up/drop-off locations within 5 kilometers of Jeju Airport, select 'Jeju City'; otherwise, select 'Outside of Jeju City'
- If the pick-up/drop-off location is 'Outside of Jeju City' and the travel direction is opposite (e.g., hotel in the east, destination in the west), an additional KRW50,000 will be charged for the round island tour

- Maximum driving distance for private charter: 150km/day. If the total driving distance exceeds 150km, it will be considered an island loop tour, and an additional fee of 50,000 KRW must be paid directly to the driver.
- Pickup Point: If the pickup point is located 'outside the center of Jeju City' and the travel direction is opposite (e.g., the hotel is located in the east and the destination is in the west), this will be considered an island loop route, and an additional surcharge of 50,000 KRW must be paid to the driver.
- Tour Duration: The tour lasts for a total of 9 hours. An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per hour applies for overtime work; please pay this directly to the driver. Overtime pay is calculated separately, and any time exceeding 31 minutes is counted as 1 hour of overtime.
- Early Departure Surcharge: An additional fee applies if the departure time is before 8:00 AM. Please contact Customer Service for details regarding the travel itinerary. - Infant Car Seat Rental: If an infant car seat is required, the rental fee is 7,000 won per day.
- Holiday Rate: During the holiday period, an additional fee of 40,000 won per day is charged for the day before, during, and after the holiday.

Vehicle service may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions. The guide will contact you the day before departure.

The schedule is subject to change due to weather, traffic, political factors, travel dates, or other reasons.
If the visit to the original attraction is affected by bad weather, the driver and guide will provide alternative attractions, but no refund will be given.
The designated duration for the vehicle service is 9 hours (including customer's lateness). For any overtime caused by the customer's personal circumstances, an overtime fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged starting from 1 hour (no charge applies for the first 30 minutes, and 1 hour is calculated starting from 31 minutes).
If the departure date falls on a public holiday in South Korea, the event experience may be affected by large crowds, so please check in advance before making a reservation.
In case of an emergency on the day of departure, please be sure to contact the number below.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If hotel parking is inconvenient, you may need to move to a nearby meeting point or another designated location.
If the guide is required to purchase an admission ticket for the visited attraction, the guide will not enter with the group but will wait at the designated location. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
If you plan to bring luggage with you during the activity, please check the vehicle's cargo capacity before booking. Additional charges may apply if the set limit is exceeded and a replacement vehicle is required.
