• One-time admission, reentry is not allowed
• Free admission for children aged 0–5, please bring an ID for verification

• Refund will be provided if the visibility is affected by adverse weather
• There's no limit on the visiting duration, but the staff might move the crowd along depending on the visitor volume and elevator condition
• Please do not bring dangerous objects, wireless communication devices, or other contraband. Visitors are required to go through a metal detector and bag check when entering
• Visitors can enter the 350M Observation Deck through the 4F entrance; once there, visitors can decide when to proceed to the 450M Observation Deck but please note that there might be a queue
  
• The Tokyo Skytree will be closed during Sumidagawa Firework Festival, on December 31 and January 1, please refer to the official website for details

[Tokyo Subway 24-hr Ticket]

• The ticket is valid for redemption 12 months from the purchased date
  • Please refer to the validity period printed on the ticket after the redemption
  • The expiration time will be printed on the ticket once it's used at a ticket gate
  • If the ticket expires during the ride, travellers can still exit as long as the ticket is valid upon entry,
  • If not used within the validity period printed on the ticket, the ticket will become invalid
• The Tokyo Subway Tickets work with about 250 shops along the Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway lines, offering discounts or goodies. For more info, please see here
• Please note that the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Subway Ticket are 2 separate tickets
• Please present the QR code (printed/on-screen) in your booking to exchange tickets and passes

[KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway 24/48-hour Ticket]

• The Keikyu Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway Ticket cannot be exchanged for your train tickets at any location other than the manned counters at Keikyu Line Haneda Airport Terminal 1/Terminal 2 Station or Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station. Please note that it cannot be redeemed at any Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station
• When exchanging your train tickets, you will need the "QR code" issued after completing your reservation. Please bring a device capable of displaying the "QR code" or a printout of the "QR code". If you cannot display the QR code yourself, you will not be able to use it
  * Please note that the vouchers for "Tokyo Skytree" and "Keikyu Main Line Limited Express Ticket & Tokyo Metro 24-Hour Ticket" are separate
• [Keikyu Hanetoku Ticket]: Round-trip ticket from Haneda Airport Terminal 1/Terminal 2 Station or Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station to Sengakuji Station
  * "Keikyu Hanetoku Tickets are valid for 9 days from the date of exchange for both departure and return routes

  * The "Tokyo Subway Ticket" is valid for 24 hours from the start of use (when passing through the ticket gate). The validity period can be confirmed on the back of the ticket

[teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM, Toyosu]

• Children aged 12 (elementary school) qualify for the child ticket rate, while those over 18 (high school) qualify for the youth ticket rate
• Children 6 and under who have not yet started elementary school are free at TOKYO SKYTREE. Children 3 and under enjoy free admission at teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM. Children between the ages of 4-6 who have not yet started elementary school need to purchase a separate child ticket for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM from the official ticket website
• TeamLab Planets TOKYO DMM does not require a reservation. Please use your ticket during the business hours of the day you selected when booking
• teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM business hours are subject to change. Check the official website before visiting
  *Last admission is 1 hour before closing (usually until 10:00 pm).
• You will not be allowed to enter after the last admission time
• Admission will not be permitted if you do not have a valid voucher on the day of your visit
• You can only use the ticket for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM in Toyosu. It cannot be used at any other teamLab exhibitions. Please be sure to use it correctly

[Konica Minolta Planetarium TENKU]

• Planetarium tickets can be redeemed from the start of the TENKU on the day you specified when booking. You can redeem your voucher for a general seat. Crescent moon seats are not included
• Present your ticket at the 7F ticket counter to select your preferred showtime and program, and receive your seat ticket
• Check the official website (Japanese only) for the planetarium TENKU's program schedule
• Depending on the time slot or program, you may not be able to enter at your desired time due to full capacity
• On holidays such as weekends and public holidays, it may take time to arrive at the site due to congestion. Please consider the time of your arrival when you redeem your voucher
• After a program has started, entry is strictly prohibited for the safety of the customers
• Please be careful not to overlap your TOKYO SKYTREE admission time with the planetarium program time in your reservation
• The approximate time to fully enjoy the TENKU is 60 minutes
• Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, there may be sudden closures or cancellations. Please check the website (Japanese only) of each facility before visiting
• Voucher Validity: only on the day of use
  * TENKU is valid for 7 days from the morning of your TOKYO SKYTREE visit (including closing days)

[SMALL WORLDS Miniature Museum Admission Ticket]

• Children aged 5 and under enjoy free admission. Children aged 6 and who have not yet started elementary school enjoy free admission
• Reservations must specify entrance time for the TOKYO SKYTREE admission
  * SMALL WORLDS Miniature Museum does not require reservations. Please use it during business hours (11:00 am-8:00 pm). Last Admission: 7:00 pm.
  * SMALL WORLDS Miniature Museum business hours are subject to change.

[Tile-Breaking Experience]

• You will need to specify your TOKYO SKYTREE admission time when making your reservation. Kawarana (tile-breaking) does not require a reservation, and you can visit during business hours (10:00 am- 5:00 pm) on the day of your experience
• You can visit Tokyo Skytree or experience the tile-breaking first
• If you plan to do the tile-breaking experience first, please allow plenty of time to get to the Tokyo Skytree admission time you have reserved
• Reservation Confirmation (Voucher)
  * A voucher with a QR code is required for Tokyo Skytree, and a voucher is required for the experience facility
• You can upgrade to a package with 5 or more tiles for an additional fee paid on-site
• Voucher Validity: only on the day of activity.
  * If you are unable to participate in the tile-breaking activity on the day, your reservation will be valid until the next business day (Saturday or Sunday) of the following week after the original reservation date.

• No reservation is required for entry to the Great Insect Exhibition. Please visit on any day during the exhibition period through Monday, September 1, 2025.

• Please note that the vouchers for Tokyo Skytree and the Great Insect Exhibition are different.

• (Entry until 20:00 from August 8–16 / Last entry at 17:00 on the final day)
