The physical ticket and physical itinerary information will be sent by mail 3-7 days before departure. Please be sure to check whether the contents are the same.
The Island Star carriage is shorter, so please be sure to wait at the designated platform and carriage boarding area to avoid affecting your own rights.
All train seats are assigned by a computer system, and the continuity cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Since the train for this itinerary provides travel package itineraries, no refunds will be given if you cancel the outgoing/returning one-way trip.
In case of bad weather or force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary.
Please gather on time at the specified time. If a passenger leaves the group due to personal reasons or fails to meet up during the itinerary, it will be deemed that the passenger has abandoned the itinerary, and the company will not refund the fee.
The driving time stated in the itinerary is for reference only. Due to road conditions or the large number of holiday tourists, the itinerary sequence may be changed depending on the situation.
Part of the itinerary is by bus, please bring your own motion sickness pills or other medicines with you.
Please bring sun protection products according to your personal needs.
Please remember to bring swimwear and a swimming cap when using public hot springs.
The product is a personal travel itinerary. Please go to the station to catch the bus by yourself, so we will not send another tour guide to accompany you.
The itinerary is a "car sharing system", and the itinerary will dispatch vehicles (small, medium or large tourist vehicles) according to the actual number of people on the day of departure.

How to Use
- Hold a physical Taiwan Railway ticket and board the train according to the schedule and location. After boarding the train, a train attendant will guide you on your subsequent journey.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
