• Above offer is available exclusively for Hong Kong residents. Customers must present the confirmation email or voucher and Hong Kong Identity Card upon check-in at the Hotel.
• Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Above offer is applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights of stay.
• Maximum number of guest per room is three (3). Guests aged 13 or above are considered as adults. Extra person charges $715 for rollaway bed and Breakfast (Please contact hotel for arrangement)(rollaway bed is subject to hotel's availability). Any additional meals for 3rd occupant (unless specified above) will be at extra charges, and regular menu prices apply.
• Guests must consume the package included meals after check in.
• Breakfast buffet will be arranged on the next day and served at Grand Cafe or Tiffin per restaurant availability, subject to change. Should the hotel forecast high demand on breakfast period, there will be time slots allocated. The hotel will confirm with guests on time slot preference at time of arrival.
• The food and beverage inclusions are not refundable if unconsumed.

• For guests reserving Plateau Room, upon arrival at the hotel, kindly proceed directly to the 11/F reception for check in.
• All menus may be changed due to the availability of hotel restaurants without prior notice.
• In case the restaurants are not open due to weather or government policies, the hotel will approach guests to provide alternative solutions based on the on-day situation.
• The hotel will follow strictly on the Hong Kong Government's COVID-19 regulations(including all operating areas such as swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and restaurants). If needed, the dining arrangement will be adjusted to comply with the local regulations.
