- Listen to the staff: Pay attention to instructions and guidance given by Science Centre staff members. They are there to ensure your safety and enhance your experience.
- Keep the galleries clean: Dispose of trash in designated bins and help maintain the cleanliness of the galleries. This includes not eating inside the galleries.
- Supervise children: If you are visiting with children, ensure they are well-behaved and closely supervised to prevent any accidental damage.
- Be patient in crowded areas: If it's crowded, be patient and allow others to view the exhibits before moving on.
- Respect cultural differences: Be aware of cultural norms and differences between visitors from different countries and treat everyone with respect.
- Enjoy the experience: Take your time to fully appreciate the exhibits and enjoy the educational opportunities provided by the Science Centre.
- Re-entry to Science Centre should be through the main entrance turnstile.
- For Mirror Maze, please take a foam stick & return it after use.

- No climbing on exhibits: Refrain from leaning on or climbing on the exhibits.
- No eating or drinking in galleries: Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas, typically outside the galleries.
- No running: Running can be dangerous and may lead to accidents. Walk calmly and carefully throughout the Science Centre.
- No vandalism: Do not deface or damage any property or exhibits within the Science Centre.
- No littering: Dispose of trash properly and use designated bins for waste.
- No unauthorised access: Stay within designated guests’ areas and avoid entering restricted or staff-only areas.

- Adhere to staff instructions and gentle reminders placed around KidsSTOP™ for maximum fun
- The following are not allowed in KidsSTOP™:
- Strollers or prams
- Pets
- Dangerous or hazardous materials
- Weapons of any sort
- Unruly behaviour
- Food and drinks
- Any item that the Management deems unfit for entry into KidsSTOP™ - All bags and personal items may be subjected to security checks as and when the Management considers appropriate
- KidsSTOP™ is not liable/responsible for any loss/damage of the property/belongings of any guest, whether such damage/loss is caused by the service provider's negligence or otherwise
- The Management will not be held responsible for any loss and/or injury sustained or any guest's transgression of the law
