Reminders
A Japanese-speaking driver will be provided, but since the driver is not a tour guide, they cannot provide information on sightseeing spots.
If the destination does not allow for a return to the pick-up location within the tour time, we may refuse it.
This plan is for pick-up and drop-off within Takamatsu City. If you go to a remote place or outside of the prefecture, the price may change, so please contact us in advance.

The pick-up point can be in Takamatsu, but please let us know the address of your accommodation or the train station when you make your reservation. The driver will be waiting for you carrying a board with your name.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
