- This product provides pick-up and drop-off service at designated locations within Seoul city limits. Pick-up and drop-off outside Seoul city limits will incur additional charges. Please contact customer service for confirmation before booking.
- Please select the corresponding plan based on the actual number of passengers. If the number of passengers on the day does not match the booked plan, the supplier has the right to refuse to provide services and will not provide a refund.
- The basic service time for private tour is 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 25,000 KRW per hour will be paid to the driver on site (30,000 KRW per hour for vehicles with 9-13 seats).
- Both children and adults must be counted as passengers. Please book the vehicle type according to the actual number of passengers. Each vehicle can provide a maximum of 2 child safety seats free of charge. If needed, please indicate this when booking.
- Please provide a working communication software (such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, WeChat, etc.) and correct contact information when booking, and confirm that you can receive messages. Please do not provide only your LINE ID, as some LINE accounts cannot be searched by ID, which may prevent the driver from contacting you.
- The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 the day before departure using the contact information provided during booking. Please pay attention to phone calls, text messages, or messaging apps, and keep your contact information accessible.
- If travelers wish to add other attractions listed in this product beyond the basic itinerary (choose any 3 attractions), they are welcome to contact the supplier's customer service after booking for consultation. If additional cleaning or disinfection of the vehicle is required due to your personal reasons, a cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Travelers are advised to purchase their own insurance before departure according to their own needs. During the trip, any loss, injury, or related expenses incurred due to personal factors, accidents, illnesses, or other circumstances not attributable to the supplier shall be borne by the traveler.
