- The tents are arranged in sequence, so it is impossible to specify a location. If you need to make a group reservation, please contact customer service.
- Because the tent is made of Belgian cotton, for safety reasons, no heater is provided.
- Due to the high humidity at high altitude, standard beds and warm blankets are used to ensure quality accommodation.
- Check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. Late departure will incur a one-hour park usage fee of RMB 300 per person. (Stay for more than 10 minutes but less than one hour will be counted as one hour)
- The camping site is an open space, and the tent itself has no sound insulation equipment (please consider whether you can accept an environment without sound insulation)
- We can accommodate large groups of passengers from Monday to Thursday. Please contact customer service if necessary.
- The tent location will be arranged by the camp in advance and cannot be adjusted on the same day. Therefore, if guests with different groups of reservations need to be arranged nearby, please be sure to inform them in advance. Please use the same booking name when booking to facilitate arrangements in the same camp. No adjustments will be accepted on the day.
- Due to the limited parking space in the mountainous area, there is 1 parking space at the Temple Tent and 2 parking spaces at the Deluxe Temple Tent. If you have multiple vehicles, please park in advance at the Zhushan Household Registration Office (free parking lot) and then ride up the mountain together.
- Due to the limited number of people in each hand-made experience activity, the number of participants will be divided equally for the sake of fairness. Please follow the instructions of the on-site personnel to participate in the activity. EX: 4 people per tent are divided into 2 groups for a total of 2 groups, and they can experience and participate in different activities separately (Shansi Yunxiang reserves the right to adjust the activity itinerary)
