Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Guests are required to check in 10 minutes before the activity starts. Latecomers will be deemed to have given up and will not be refunded.

The activity time includes pre-departure briefing and changing time

Please bring your own clothing for entering the water (such as a swimsuit) or a change of clothes

If you have any serious illness or are pregnant, you must inform in advance (for example: heart disease, high blood pressure, major surgery within the past three months, pregnant women... etc.)

Free rental of cold-weather clothing is provided, but jellyfish clothing is not provided; there is a washing room and hair dryer, but bathing products are not provided

The store has the right to change the activity location according to the weather. If the wave conditions and weather are not suitable on that day, we will inform you in advance whether the activity will be held.

Children aged three to seven years old will be charged NT$300, but must be accompanied by their parents (excluding seven years old)

The mailbox itinerary is a free experience itinerary. If the weather is bad, the on-site coach will evaluate whether to go or not.

In order to protect the ecology, please do not use non-ocean-friendly sunscreen lotions, sunscreen sprays, sunscreen creams, powders, etc. before going into the water. Please use physical sunscreen.

For those who sign up for one person and one board, if the coach assesses that they are unable to operate on their own during the activity, they must follow the coach's instructions due to safety considerations and board together with their companions. No refunds will be given.
