The overall space design lives up to its name, centered around the concept of a "kitchen." Upon entering Shihlin Kitchen, visitors are immediately greeted by "Last Spring," an installation art piece by up-and-coming American designer Stephen Knapp, known for his skillful use of light and shadow. The artwork, presented through the interplay of light and shadow, perfectly reflects and echoes the Renaissance Hotel's brand spirit of "Fun, Authenticity, and Uniqueness."

The overall space design features large floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen, creating an extended space. The open kitchen design differs from the common layout, with the "night market flow" as the main axis, creating a dedicated space for people to interact and communicate with chefs at almost zero distance and to prepare customized meals.

The restaurant's dining area is divided into a scenic dining area, a Shilin-style dining area, and a semi-open private room area.
