Sen SPA Zhongshan branch has a convenient location, and the staff are friendly and courteous. The massage therapists have excellent skills and it's truly relaxing.

This was my first time participating, because I really love arts, culture, and an intellectual lifestyle! After arriving at the venue, I tried out the so-called "Turkish lamps," enjoying the exotic atmosphere and immersive experience! Both my mind and eyes felt healed! I loved it! 💕

I booked the Xinyi branch, but the map on my KKDay email showing the order/voucher showed the address of the Xinsheng branch. When I arrived at the Xinsheng branch, I realized I had gone to the wrong place. The staff there were very kind and called the Xinyi branch to let them know we were in the wrong place, extended our appointment, and even arranged for a car to take us to the Xinyi branch. The service was excellent. At the Xinyi branch, the staff were also very professional. The technician skillfully loosened the lumps in my muscles. Although the process was sore, it was necessary for recovery. After the massage, my whole body felt very relaxed, and I was very satisfied with their service.

The tour was led by Ms. Qiu, a cheerful and unpretentious Japanese-speaking guide. She explained the differences between life in Japan and Taiwan, as well as the history of Jiufen and Shifen, during our journey (with time to conserve energy). She carefully pointed out our current location, meeting point, and restroom locations using a map. She even accompanied us from the parking lot to the main sightseeing spots, followed by free time. Although I was with someone who wasn't particularly physically fit, we were given enough time to see almost everything. She even showed us one of the most beautiful views at the end. Since there weren't many tour participants, we were able to ask about nearby night markets and souvenir recommendations, and she was very helpful. We went on a weekday, but public transportation was crowded with long queues, so I highly recommend considering this option if you're undecided. You're guaranteed a seat, and it's cool in the summer! The environment was great, and the technicians were excellent. Even though I chose the shortest session, all the areas that needed relaxation were treated.
