The hotel staff were very considerate, as we booked two rooms. Besides arranging them on the same floor, they upgraded one of the rooms from a city view to a garden view, which was beautiful. Also, the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to different attractions and border crossings, which is very convenient.

I used a voucher at Babaozhuang, and the food was of good quality and served quickly. The staff even helped me calculate the most cost-effective order; the service was excellent.

The ticket discount was excellent, but unfortunately it only applied to one-way tickets. The train was fairly clean, and the driver was very professional! Redeeming tickets was a bit complicated, but it shouldn't be a problem for young people!
