I bought this card because I needed a transportation card for my trip to Korea. I picked it up at the Woori Bank counter at Incheon Airport by showing my voucher. I was able to exchange money and top up the card there, but the teller explained that the top-up was only for purchases, not public transportation. So I had to top up the transportation balance separately at a counter on the way to the AREX station. As explained on the back of the card, the payment and transportation balances need to be topped up separately. The app also offers several discount coupons, and I used then to get a discount on a purchase at convenience stores.
