The baggage handling was extremely efficient. They only accept one piece of luggage, not size, which was fantastic. It arrived at the airport very quickly, and they even notified me, which made me feel very secure. The storage time was also very generous; if I left my luggage at the counter before 11 AM, it would arrive at the airport around 4 or 5 PM. I think the efficiency was excellent.

I signed up for this tour because it guaranteed a ride on the Sky Capsule, and not only did it allow me to efficiently tour the area during the hot season, but the guides also provided detailed explanations of the legends and origins of the places we visited, which made it very enjoyable. The two tour guides were also very gentlemanly and kind; they even took photos for us despite being drenched in sweat, which was very thoughtful. The bus was air-conditioned, cool, and clean.
