The workshop instructors all spoke Japanese, occasionally using a translator to communicate with us, but we could mostly understand each other through body language. At the beginning, the instructors asked if we could take photos to post on social media, which I didn't mind at all—very considerate of those who were concerned! Understanding the basic weaving techniques involved constantly turning the fabric strips over and over, truly experiencing the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship. Just when I thought I was almost finished, I realized I still had another shoe to make, haha! There were so many colors to choose from, it was a bit overwhelming, but if you're unsure, you can ask the instructors for advice. Actually, besides the weekend workshops offered online, there are also classes on Wednesdays; you can contact the shop through the platform to make changes. In short, highly recommended!
From the moment you step into the store, everything—from reception and kimono selection to changing, accessory matching, professional makeup, and hairstyling—is handled efficiently and systematically; there's not a moment wasted. The staff are friendly and make you truly feel like you're wearing a traditional Japanese kimono, and the professional photography makes for a happy and unforgettable experience. Definitely worth the price! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The shop had a wide selection of clothes, all of which were very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the braided hairstyles were also gorgeous! The photographer was also very professional and enthusiastic. I was extremely satisfied.
