I used it once in Ueno before, and it's so great that they have this service in Okinawa too! They take photos during the delivery process, which makes me feel very reassured.

The driver was friendly and punctual, the car was clean, and the price was very reasonable. I would book again next time.

Although the counter staff's English wasn't very fluent, they had an English translation book written in Japanese, which showed they were very attentive, and their attitude was also very good.

This time, our family of eight traveled together and stayed at a hotel near American Village. With so much luggage, transportation was inconvenient. We were so glad we chose Yuxiang's airport pick-up service. After immigration, someone wrote down our names to pick us up, so we didn't have to worry about not being able to find them. The driver was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. He also chatted with us in the car from time to time, creating a relaxed atmosphere. It was a very good experience.

This was an activity I'd been wanting to try for a while. I booked it for Friday night, thinking there would be fewer cars, but it turned out there were actually quite a lot. I recommend booking during the day; the view is better, the scenery is more beautiful, and there's a chance of fewer cars. The 2-hour tour included a restroom break on Senaga Island. At first, I was a little scared because I wasn't familiar with the controls and the speed (it's quite powerful), but I got used to it later. The lead guide, Mr. HIRO, was very proactive in finding opportunities to take photos for us and would even switch positions so no one would be blocked. We communicated entirely in simple English, so there were no problems.

This time we stayed near Onna Village in central Okinawa. The hotel is at least an hour from the airport. Our flight was at 8:00 AM, so we booked an airport transfer for 5:00 AM. There were four adults with four 28-inch suitcases and four or five carry-on bags, which fit comfortably in our 7-seater luxury car. After booking, communication with the Chinese-speaking customer service via Line was seamless. The driver arrived about 10 minutes early and helped with the luggage. The ride was smooth and the driver was patient and friendly. If I need airport transfers again next time I'm in Okinawa, I will definitely consider booking this again.

This was our second visit to this aquarium, and the experience was quite different from our first, even though it was less than a year later. 1. The feeding experience now includes many different animals. Last time we fed sloths and penguins. This time we fed call ducks, musk pigs, and owls. 2. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member who explained how to book the feeding experience after we bought our tickets. 3. The font and characters used were all Traditional Chinese, not Simplified Chinese, which surprised and delighted us. 4. Although it's only two floors and not very large, it's very well-designed, with no wasted walkways or exhibits. 5. The experience of touching the starfish, sea urchins, and stingrays is unique; don't miss it (the signs are a bit unclear and easy to miss).

When you arrive at bus stop number 1, staff will be there to confirm your destination and will also help with your luggage – awesome!

The animals in the aquarium are lively and adorable, and you can even have a feeding and interaction experience with them for an extra fee, which is a lot of fun! Redeeming a package ticket is very convenient and cheaper than buying it on-site. You can also redeem it for ice cream at the food court, which is delicious and satisfying!
