The price was reasonable, and the service was convenient. Friendly staff at the boarding area were there to assist you. The direct ride from the airport to your hotel felt like having a private car – so convenient! The only minor drawback was that the airport boarding area was a bit far from immigration and involved navigating between different terminals, which made me, someone with a poor sense of direction, a little disoriented on my first trip. The boarding instructions are clearly explained on the website; it's best to save them on your phone beforehand. Since a printed boarding pass is required, I suggest including the same information on the pass as well.

Take bus number 117 and get off at Memorial Park stop. You'll arrive at Churaumi Aquarium.

When traveling with a 3-year-old, convenience is our top priority. We didn't want the hassle of driving ourselves, so we opted for a private car that took us directly from the airport to our hotel by the beautiful seaside. It was time-saving and effortless. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver waited for us in the airport terminal with a sign. A great option for those who don't want to drive! 👍🏻

The space is comfortable for observing the animals, and the place feels spacious. We visited on a weekday, so there weren't too many people, especially in the morning. Unfortunately, the animals seemed to be still asleep 😆, like sloths 😆. There are areas where you can interact with the small creatures, and both adults and children can play and have plenty of time for feeding and interaction. But remember to go early and book in advance! Highly recommended.

It was absolutely amazing fun! Charlie was great at creating a lively atmosphere, and there wasn't a dull moment at all. This was my second time doing this in Okinawa (the first time was at another place), and I wish I had discovered it sooner! It was much better value for money than the other place, and the entire event was filled with joy!!

The ride from the airport to American Village was generally good, and the driver was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

I used it once in Ueno before, and it's so great that they have this service in Okinawa too! They take photos during the delivery process, which makes me feel very reassured.
