Ishigaki Island Ferry Terminal

Our driver, Mr. Sakihara, was very kind and friendly. He even personally took us to the glass-bottom boat ride and chatted with us about the history of Ishigaki Island along the way. It was a wonderful experience!

The driver (Nagahama) was very punctual, had a friendly driving style, and never cut in or speed, making for a comfortable ride. He thoughtfully provided umbrellas, and because we couldn't have lunch on time, he even provided cookies to keep us from getting hungry in the car. Although we didn't speak Japanese, the driver used translation software to communicate and also spoke basic English. He proactively offered itinerary suggestions, recommended good restaurants, and helped with reservations. Knowing we didn't understand Japanese, he kept an eye on the restaurant's queue numbers; and because waiting for restaurants took a long time, he even tried to extend our charter time. The entire trip was truly fantastic and highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
